• Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late to your appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate the following appointment, and you will be charged for the full session.

• Gratuities: Gratuities are not included in the service price but are appreciated.

• Gift Certificates: Gift certificates purchased through Crafting Therapy are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service. They cannot be redeemed for cash or used after their expiration date, if applicable.
