Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and schedules can change. To be fair to all clients and to our therapists, please review the following cancellation policy carefully.

Appointment Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time to avoid any fees.

You can cancel by:

• Calling or texting Crafting Massage, or
• Using the cancellation link in your booking confirmation email

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the full session price.

No-Shows

If you do not show up for your appointment and do not provide notice, you will be charged 50% of the full session price.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client.
You will still be responsible for the full session cost, even if your appointment time is reduced.

Prepaid Packages

Clients who have prepaid for packages and either:

• Cancel less than 24 hours in advance, or
• Do not show up for their appointment

will have one session deducted from their package automatically.

Membership Clients

• If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, there is no cancellation fee, and you may reschedule within the same month.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment or are a no-show, 50% of the full session price will be charged to the card on file.
• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in additional charges or loss of scheduling privileges.
